Position Overview The Sales Manager for our education division will lead and manage a sales team to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure that staffing needs are met effectively. This role is crucial for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting new clients to ensuring satisfaction and retention. The manager will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, coaching the sales team, and managing a book of business.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth through training and development opportunities.Encourage a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in school districts nationwide.Uncover staffing requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.Address and resolve client concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Sales Pipeline Management:Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with leads, prospects, and clients.Develop creative sourcing strategies and leverage resources to recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, and professional networking.Facilitate interviews between the candidate and client, including candidate preparation and client briefing. Manage and track the performance of sales activities using CRM tools, reporting progress and identifying areas for improvement.Contract negotiation and closing. Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree required.Previous experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
