The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new sales within assigned communities, assisting homebuyers with selections and customizations, managing administrative details, following up with prospects and customers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.QualificationsPrior experience in sales or customer service rolesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detailExperience in using sales and customer relationship management softwareExceptional customer service orientation and follow-upSelf-motivated with a proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting quotas/targetsBachelors degree, preferably in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
