We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Management Intern to support our existing account team in building stellar client relationships and exceptional work.DescriptionOur Account Management Intern will work closely with the account team to support the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing initiatives for clients"”including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing. This person will be a task master, confidently owning their assigned work and collaborating easily across teams and with senior-level executives within the agency. What you'll be doing for us...Assisting in the day-to-day management of individual projects and miscellaneous campaigns for multiple brandsManaging documents for internal processes & client projects (i.e., daily reports, status updates)Executing administrative tasks in support of client deliverables, including filing, making copies, completing FedEx runs, and booking conference roomsInitiating the opening of new jobs and creating action forms to facilitate communication among departmentsAssisting in the distribution and delivery of ads & marketing materialsSeeking out and analyzing competitor marketing and sales materials, both online and offline (including social media)Keeping a current knowledge of industry trends and actively identifying ways to apply them where possible to active projectsWorking closely with internal teams to build a comprehensive knowledge of BBDO processesParticipating in any agency-wide intern projectsWhat we're looking for from you...Proficiency across social media channels and Microsoft Office toolsAcademic or internship experience involving social media, advertising, marketing, or other similar creative environmentsA strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind Stellar written and verbal communication skillsA knack for proactively finding solutions"”you consider yourself a maker and a doer A curiosity about evolving social and digital landscapes, and a genuine love of advertisingJob Type:Internship (15 weeks), starting in May.Hybrid in office and remote (3 days in, 2 days out)Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00 (may work only a maximum of 40 hours per week)Paid hourlyClient-facing
