Sound like you? Let's talk!What we are looking for:Remote OR Hybrid, your choice! We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive, youll be the driving force behind our growth. This isnt just another sales job"”this is your opportunity to connect with top-tier clients, showcase innovative solutions, and be a key player in an industry that thrives on creativity and connections. Youll be managing relationships with some of the most exciting brands and businesses, helping them create impactful presences at tradeshows and events. Your role will involve a mix of hunting for new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts, but it doesn't stop there! The skys the limit as it relates to compensation, nice healthy base salary with a generous commission plan. Sales is NOT easy, when you make hay, the company is thriving, you should be rewarded for that!Responsibilities:Drive Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tradeshow and events industry, with a focus on clients who exhibit multiple times per year.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.Market Expertise: Leverage your industry experience to stay ahead of trends and competitors, positioning our offerings as the best in the market.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to develop innovative tradeshow solutions that wow our clients.Exceed Targets: Smash your sales goals and enjoy the rewards of your hard work with a competitive commission structure and growth opportunities.Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.Qualifications:Industry Experience: A must-have! You know the tradeshow world inside and out, with at least 3 years of experience in sales within the industry.Sales Savvy: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a hunter mentality.Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships.Passion for Events: You love the buzz of the trade show floor and have a genuine interest in helping clients make their mark.Live in a key market for events OR in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.Ability to work effectively in a lean, dynamic accounting environment.What well give you:All of the training and ongoing support you could ever ask forA flexible work schedule.
