The ideal candidate is looking to build a long-term career with City Mattress, with growth potential for management.Responsibilities:Greet guests in our retail showroom to find the perfect match for their sleep comfortCreate an exquisite customer experience by matching customers with quality merchandiseLearn all of the merchandise to present the best suited products for customersAssist guests with purchasing, financing, and delivery follow upProvide an excellent customer experienceSupport our culture of honesty and integrityMaintain professionalism at all timesWork diligently toward exceeding personal sales goalsUtilize hardware/software for sales transactions, training, reporting, and other required activitiesEnsure alertness and attentiveness throughout the entirety of your shift to maintain optimal performanceCompensation:This is a commission-based sales role, providing significant earning potential for motivated individuals.
