The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical retail and a passion for leading teams to exceed performance goals. Key **- Lead and manage optical retail operations across four states, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. - Train, mentor, and motivate regional managers and staff to achieve high performance. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Foster relationships with suppliers and industry partners to enhance service offerings. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. ****- Proven experience in optical retail management, with a focus on multi-state operations. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Optometry, or a related field is preferred.
