Our manufacturing facility and brewpub are housed in the same building. Wholesale distribution established in 2020, we are focused on growing our name and reputation in Chicago and, eventually, beyond. Interested in the position please email Michelle@ for full scope and compensation. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales.About the PositionAs Sales Manager, you join our team at a key point in our ERISs growth trajectory. We have aggressive sales and retail goals for the Chicagoland area, which we can back up by a recent expansion of our production capacity. The Sales Manager will be expected to be in frequent contact with retail trade accounts, our distributor, and leadership to ensure our pricing, programming, and budgeting are in line with planned objectives and future strategy.Daily responsibilities may include:Developing new and old relationships with local bars, restaurants, and stores to create more awareness of our partners and consumers and especially with managers and buyers at off and on-premise accounts.Manage an ongoing account base while continuously prospecting for new accounts.Create and adhere to a schedule for tracking and monitoring individual accounts and provide daily/weekly reporting to leadership.Achieve a depletion target and organize an account listing that will increase awareness and growth of volume weekly and monthly for our independent accounts.Create relationships for in-store care; survey and merchandise ERIS products for our chain accounts.Implementing and leading by example for distributor execution on depletions, distribution, and proper merchandising. Kick off meetings and ride-withs.Other responsibilities include:Collaborate with wholesalers in creating a process by which partners have visibility into new offerings, current inventory, and can place orders.Participate in industry events and assist in scheduling ERIS brand ambassadors for these events. Includes festivals, special off-premises tappings, dinners, and on-premises tastings with a heavy emphasis in Chicago and surrounding market.Assist in compiling and creating marketing and sales presentations deck including reporting on metrics, depletions and more across various aspects of marketing and sales channelsWork with leadership to plan events and/or suggest participation in events related to the ERIS mission.
