Program Manager - Risk, Compliance, IntegrityW2 contract until January 2026 Atlanta, GA only The Risk Compliance Integrity (RCI) Process Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of programs in support of the team's strategic charter, as well as the day-to-day operations of those programs. As a Process Transformation Program Manager, youll be the expert voice on how RCI teams should integrate and/or improve technology solutions into their existing processes. Youll collaborate closely with RCI stakeholders and our tooling teams to ensure RCI's tools are user friendly and meet the needs of our stakeholders. Your work will directly impact how RCI interacts with the compliance ecosystem.Program Manager Overall Responsibilities:Interview stakeholders across the organization to understand their current process and what technology enhancements are needed.Lead the development of process flows depicting the proposed solution and address feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignmentDevelop requirement documents based on the approved solution and work with tooling teams to implement the necessary technology enhancementsWork in partnership with the Engineering teams to help translate the business requirements into engineering requirements and act as an end-to-end advocate for the customer to enable and ensure that the output delivered is line with the business requirementsUndertake detailed unit and integrated end-to-end platform testing with documented scripts and results to provide evidence to the stakeholder, engineering and leadership with regards to the operational veracity of the developed solutionTrain the necessary stakeholders on the technology enhancements, ensuring they have a full understanding of how the enhancements workBe a point of contact for stakeholders on potential issues with the enhancements and/or determination if additional enhancements are requiredProgram Manager Skills:Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.>4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consultingDetail oriented, strong communicator, organized, thrives in ambiguity, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Program Manager Qualifications: Proven ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement solutions that solve business problems.Knowledge of enterprise compliance programs, advisory and regulatory practices, policies, issues.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.Experience working closely with technologists or in technology rich ecosystemsDemonstrated process engineering expertise in technology-enabled workflowsBusiness judgment, strategic thinking, and clear verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build partnerships with senior leaders and gain credibility with teamsCreative problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to employ sound judgment in complex situationsExperience creating content for senior leadership, e.g., reports, presentations, learning programsThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $85/hr to $115/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
