We are currently partnered with one of the nations fastest-growing Insurance Technology companies developing the underserved carrier market with a highly configurable suite of solutions. Led by industry leaders with significant series funding, this role will allow you to work as part of a team of industry experts poised to blaze new trails in the insurance industry! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a team of Implementation Specialists as they work with highly tailored solutions for Tier 4 and Tier 5 insurance providers. As a Project Manager, you will be working with cutting-edge insurance platforms that cater to the unique needs of our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our insurance platforms, working closely with software engineers to customize solutions that meet our clients needs. REWARDS: Salary Range $100K - $150K annually Equity options Full comprehensive benefits Fully Remote work environment REQUIREMENTSProven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Insurance Technology Industry Strong understanding of the insurance life cycle and domain knowledge Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in project management software and tools RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are adhered to Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the successful customization and deployment of insurance platforms Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned Utilize your deep understanding of the insurance life cycle and domain knowledge to guide project decisions and strategies Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope Ensure platforms are ready to go live, coordinating with all relevant teams to meet launch deadlines Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
