Job Title: Field SupervisorLocation: Mid & South New JerseySalary: $90K-$110KWe are looking for a skilled HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. This role involves overseeing commercial HVAC installations on-site, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for supervising field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring that projects, such as warehouses, office buildings, and retail stores, are completed on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Supervise HVAC installation teams on-site for commercial projects, including warehouses, office buildings, and stores.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and building codes during installations.Oversee daily field operations, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to technicians.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are available and delivered on time.Conduct quality control checks and inspections to guarantee high standards of workmanship.Troubleshoot any issues on-site, resolving them quickly to avoid delays.Ensure that project schedules are followed and adjust fieldwork strategies when necessary.Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices in a commercial setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and building codes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.If you are an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor with a proven track record in commercial projects, we encourage you to apply!
