My client is a leading multifamily developer based out of Columbus, OH. 25+ years in business$300M+ in completed projects*Full pipeline into 2026Position Overview:As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of multifamily development projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multifamily construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the construction process.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Oversee all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and close-out.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and best practices on-site.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multifamily projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Involvement in high-profile, impactful multifamily projects.Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more!
