Our client is an established commercial general contractor that has a Greenville office and a strong pipeline of projects ongoing and coming up.Title: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager depending on experienceStart Date: FlexibleLocation: Greenville, SCPay Range: Depends on experience, but a rough range for the base is $100-140kMarket Sector: Commercial and IndustrialPrior experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor is requiredResponsibilities:Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needsSet performance goals and deadlinesManage project documentation, project schedule and deadlinesAssist with estimation and bidding processEffectively communicate project progress to key stakeholdersStrategic planning, maintenance of the project budget, coordination and management of the overall project schedule, and maintaining positive vendor and client relationships.Oversight of the successive phases of projects.Subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations for projects.Project team selection, management and development.Overall safety and scheduling for assigned projects.Institute and oversee all procedures required for the work to be completed according to schedule.Interaction and communication with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors.Adhering to company standards while completing projects on time and under budgetQualifications:Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience8-20 years experience being a Project Manager on commercial projects directly for a general contractorExperience with light industrial construction projects is a plusProficient with Procore and Microsoft OfficeDrivers License and good driving record
