Dunne Kozlowski seeks an Architectural Project Manager who epitomizes the intersection of architectural acumen and project management excellence. This critical role demands a professional who functions as the CEO of each project, orchestrating all facets from inception to completion. You will define project scopes, schedules, and budgets directly with clients and assemble a tailored project team, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and various consultants. Your architectural training will guide your oversight of project design. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is skilled at balancing the technical aspects of architecture with the strategic demands of project management.Primary Responsibilities:Manage an internal design team, consisting of architects and interior designers, and projects spanning multiple industry sectors. Directly engage with clients to establish project parameters, including budget, timeline, and scope.Build and manage external project teams, soliciting and evaluating proposals from third-party consultants and contractors.Coordinate project milestones and deliverables from the planning phase through to execution, maintaining strict adherence to budget and schedule constraints.Serve as the primary quality control point before project deliverables are finalized, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and coordinated both internally and externally.Implement strategic project management practices that balance design integrity with pragmatic business solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.Navigate project challenges with a forward-facing approach, interacting professionally with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and foster relationships.Ensure that project goals are met with a focus on detail, quality, and performance, optimizing resources to meet deadlines without unnecessary expenditures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited university.Minimum of 10 years experience in architecture with a clear progression from drafting and production roles to project architect and leadership positions.Demonstrated capability in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a strong background in project management within an architectural context.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and other architectural design and project management software.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and directing teams across multiple disciplines.Strategic thinker with the ability to maintain a high-level overview while also delving into detailed project elements as needed for quality control and troubleshooting.Schedule:This full-time (FT), hybrid role is based in Dunne Kozlowski's studio in Humboldt Park.
