Information Technology Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Enterfusion is seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. The IT Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project scope, resources, and risks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, manage, and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring projects stay within scope.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of IT projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure project documentation, including reports, contracts, and deliverables, are maintained and up to date.Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for continuous improvement.Work closely with technical teams, sales, and support teams to align project objectives and client expectations.Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Required:3+ years of project management experience in IT services, MSP, or a related field.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services environments.Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:PMP, or other relevant project management certification.Experience working in an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.WORK ENVIRONMENT:In office work is required, customer on-site work will be required from time to time.Collaboration with technical teams, sales, and clients to ensure project success.Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to shifting priorities.ABOUT US: Enterfusion has been in operation since 2008 and has been growing robustly to become a leading managed service provider (MSP) with a focus on mid-sized corporations and state agencies. JOB TYPE: Salary, Full-timeCOMPENSATION: Annual salary of $90,000-110,000/year based on experience, paid vacation, health insurance plans, retirement program, disability insurance, and life insurance.JOB LOCATION: Downtown Orlando: candidate must be located in Metro Orlando.
