Their projects include multi-family housing, hotels, medical offices, industrial facilities, and more.Key Responsibilities:Review and interpret project drawings to assess scope and prepare detailed estimates.Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and stakeholders throughout the bidding process.Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.Prepare comprehensive bids, considering labor, material costs, and profitability goals.Manage the complete bid submission process, including final refinements and delivering required documents.What Were Looking For:3+ years in estimating or reading construction drawings.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management under pressure.A team-oriented individual who thrives in a professional, proactive environment.This role is perfect for someone who excels in detail-oriented work and is passionate about delivering quality results.
