Account Executive - Cyber SolutionsUS - RemoteFull-time US Hours Morae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people - those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cyber Solutions Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling cyber solutions to law firms, legal organizations, corporations, DFIRs, and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both cybersecurity practices and the specific security, compliance, and regulatory needs within the US, offering tailored solutions that safeguard data and meet compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target law firms, legal departments, insurance carriers, Digital Forensics/Incident Response organizations, and other entities.Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the legal, corporate, digital forensics, and insurance sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at law firms, legal organizations, insurance carriers, digital forensics, and corporate clients.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients cybersecurity requirements, privacy, regulatory and compliance challenges.Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops tailored to various industries.Consultative Selling:Provide expert consultation on cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, response, notification, and the importance of data protection in the legal industry.Recommend and sell a portfolio of cybersecurity products and services that address client pain points, such as proactive solutions, data breaches, ransomware, privacy, and compliance with legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Offer customized solutions and ensure clients understand how our products and services can mitigate risks, improve security, maintain compliance, and meet regulatory requirementsIndustry Knowledge & Strategy:Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and legal industry regulations.Identify and leverage market insights to position the company as a trusted partner to industry leaders.Develop a strong understanding of industry-specific risks, including notification requirements, the protection of privileged client data, and the role of privacy programsCollaboration & Cross-Functional Support:Work closely with internal teams, including technical engineers, delivery, marketing, and customer support, to ensure solutions meet client needs.Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create compelling sales collateral and materials.Provide feedback to the in-house product and our technology partners based on client interactions and market needs.Sales Performance and Reporting:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.Qualifications:Experience:Proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a cybersecurity sales role or IT solutions sales to the legal industry.In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity needs and compliance requirements of the legal, corporate, and insurance industries.If sales experience is limited, then roles that have significant client impact will be considered, such as experience in Cyber Insurance Underwriting or Claims.
