Under minimal supervision this position performs a wide range of administrative activities and tasks. Ensures the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing communications. Completes administrative activities and tasks in a professional and timely manner. Addresses matters of a confidential or sensitive nature with discretion. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via HR@.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide General Administrative Support to the CEO, Ensuring Smooth Day-to-Day Operations of the DepartmentManage the Executives Calendar, Including Scheduling Appointments, Arranging Meetings, Booking Meeting Rooms, and Coordinating Travel Plans as NeededAssist Department Directors with Administrative Tasks, EAP Program Initiatives, and Special ProjectsPrepare Agendas, Presentations, and Reports, Incorporating Data Analysis, Program Outcomes, and Key ResultsAttend Meetings with the Executive, Take Detailed Notes or Minutes, and Distribute to Relevant PartiesMaintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Department Files and Records, Ensuring Compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Company PoliciesRespond to Incoming Phone Calls, Emails, and Provide Additional Assistance as Needed.Build Strong Relationships with Internal Teams, and External PartnersBook Travel for the Executive as NeededPrepare and Submit Expense Reports on Behalf of the Executive and Manage General Administrative Duties Such as Screening Visitors and CommunicationsFoster a Positive and Supportive Team Environment within the Department, Promoting Wellness and Work-Life BalanceEnsure Confidentiality of Sensitive Employee Data, Program Statistics, and all Internal and External CommunicationsAssist with Ad-Hoc Projects and Other Duties as Assigned by the Executive or Department LeadershipRequired/Minimum QualificationsUndergraduate Degree Strongly PreferredMinimum of Three Years Providing Executive Admin Support to a Senior Executive of a Mid-Size to Large Company in a Corporate EnvironmentExperience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within the Relevant FieldAbility to Maintain Strict Confidentiality Regarding Employee Personal Information, Payroll and Employee IssuesExtensive Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent Time Management, Organization and Prioritization SkillsThis is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.
