Known for delivering outstanding service, the firm has a proven track record of successfully handling a wide variety of personal injury cases.OverviewThe firm is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its plaintiff-focused personal injury team. This role is critical in supporting attorneys throughout the entire lifecycle of cases, from initial filing to trial. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of personal injury case processes and litigation procedures, as well as strong organizational skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and gain valuable hands-on experience alongside skilled attorneys.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to attorneys at all stages of case management, including trial preparation.Maintain strong communication and foster positive relationships with clients.Draft legal documents, including summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, discovery demands/responses, and motions.Prepare and organize materials for court appearances, depositions, pleadings, and trials.Obtain and manage medical records and authorization documents as required.Handle administrative tasks and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsCandidates must meet the following requirements to succeed in this role.
