Ulla Johnson is looking for an Account Executive to join our Wholesale team, focusing on Domestic Specialty Stores. In this role, you'll manage all wholesale functions for a portfolio of specialty store clients across all categories, driving revenue growth with both new and existing accounts.Account Management:Act as Wholesale and Brand Specialist for a portfolio of specialty store accountsAchieve revenue targets by acquiring new accounts while growing existing account baseFacilitate all wholesale related functions for accounts: market appointments, reorders, after sales, customer service, logistics support, marketing support, in store and virtual trainings, in depth sell in and sell out analysis, business planning.In conjunction with Wholesale Director - North America, monitor distribution opportunities in key marketsMonitor account shipping, reorder, and payment status to ensure smooth delivery of productTravel to key markets to assess current distribution, competitive landscape, execute events, and ensure proper Brand placementConduct product knowledge seminars with key accountsWork with cross functional teams to ensure best customer service experience for accountsMarketConduct all market appointments for accounts under managementOwn market preparation for accountsResponsible for updating bookings, providing market feedback, and highlighting opportunities / risksOwn order entry and sales maintenance throughout market to ensure accurate bookings migration from Joor to RLMAssist in showroom maintenance and assist with other accounts as neededWholesale Team SupportAssist Monthly Reorder ReportAssist Wholesale Director - North America with ad hoc sales / admin supportNY and Paris Showroom preparation supportQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeSales/Planning/Buying experience (at least one of these is required)5+ years of wholesale experience working with North American Specialty StoresProficiency in Excel, especially skilled at V-look up and Pivot Table functionsDirect relationships with Domestic Specialty StoresRLM and Joor experience required. Experience with NuOrder and Skypad is a plus.Desired AttributesStrong selling and showroom presenceAbility to perform under pressure and in fast paced showroom environmentAbility to solve problems as well as recognize issues and deal with them directlyStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsDeep product knowledge in advanced contemporary / luxury marketStrong retail analysis and computer skillsHighly motivated and organizedTeam player mentalitySalary Range: $80,000- $90,000*Compensation may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
