MAU is hiring a Process Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Process Engineer, you will apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks, ensuring that goals related to quality, quantity, and timeliness are met to support departmental objectives. This is a long-term 18-month contract position.Benefits **401k matchingLife insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort term disabilityLong term disabilityPaid time offShift *Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PMEducation and *Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Aerospace) preferred.Experience in manufacturing, particularly in assembly, machining, and process improvement.General *Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D or root cause analysis, and applying quality tools for solution implementation.Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, engineering drawings, and technical procedures.Skilled in writing process planning steps and creating work instruction methods.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.Strong critical thinking, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills.Essential *Document technical data to support assigned components, assemblies, and/or systems, ensuring alignment with quality policies and proceduresPrioritize and manage multiple process improvement projects, independently or as part of a multifunctional team, to enhance customer satisfaction and business productivityProvide advanced quality engineering support for processes or automated equipmentApply standard engineering techniques to tasks, ensuring that goals related to quality, quantity, and timeliness are met to achieve departmental objectivesConduct training sessions on quality assurance concepts and toolsMaintain and improve process documentation in the assigned area to ensure consistent quality and complianceMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
