Construction Manager - Commercial - PermanentAtlanta, GA - On-Site PositionHarper Harrison is partnered with a premier Data Center owner & developer, with locations across the nation including Atlanta, GA.They are looking for talented individuals with Data Center and/or Mission Critical Construction/Project Management experience to join their business on a permanent basis as a Construction Manager.We require a minimum of 5+ years' of Field Construction Management experience (E.g. as Construction Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent, on-site) with ideally Data Center experience, can also consider Mission Critical and/or Commercial.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing & managing entire Project Lifecycle for Data Center Construction, from buyout through to warranty and close-outEnsuring safety compliance for the site and responsible for safety of ContractorsCollaborate with the General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Design firms and more to ensure project is to plan and on timeManagement of budget with Cost Control responsibilities, negotiating with Consultants, Cost Control team and Contractors without compromising QualityNavigate regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations, also secure relevant permitsRequirementsFull Project Lifecycle experience in Data Center and/or Mission Critical Construction ProjectsMust have Tenant Improvement experience and ideally build-up ConstructionExperience managing Procurement & Submittals, also OSCIExperience producing For Permit & For Construction deliverablesIdeally a degree in EngineeringIf this is a role that interests you then please click respond through the LinkedIn apply function or send your resume over to J.Greaves@.
