You will be responsible for client and project management, including the technical and financial management aspects of projects, as well as business development. We have openings for project managers across multiple industries, including commercial and industrial land development, oil and gas, and renewable energy. Working with Principals in the Civil/Site Practice, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and help them achieve their goals. You will also represent the company at conferences, events, and project meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders. Day to *Manage client and project aspects, including technical and financial management.Engage in business development across multiple industries (commercial and industrial land development, oil and gas, renewable energy).Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and achieve their goals.Represent the company at conferences, events, and project meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with internal professionals locally and nationally to develop opportunities and build business relationships.Work with Principals and Assistant Project Managers to develop project schedules, assemble project teams, and assign tasks.Coordinate with various practices (survey, geotechnical, traffic, environmental, ecological, etc.).Maintain involvement throughout project design.Mentor junior and mid-level staff in planning, design, permitting, and project execution.Conduct technical reviews of client deliverables.Must *Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering4-8 years of experience as a Civil Engineer Land Dev, layout, grading, stormwater, erosion, sediment control, etc. EIT Certificate Strong communication skills, comfortable being client facing Experience with Civil3D**Professional Engineer (PE) LicenseOther design suites (AutoCAD) & Project Management software (Bluebeam)
