Project Engineering Manager - up to $110,000 base

Our client is a large and successful manufacturer of pharmaceutical and consumer products and this Engineering Manager role will report to the Director Engineering. The role manages all activities relating to Engineering services for capital projects, improving production systems and the preparation of new production lines. The **Manage and develop capital projects of varying size ensuring compliance with relevant agencies & regulations, such as FDA, cGMP, EPA, etcImprove the quality & performance of existing production systemsDesign, procurement, installation and start-up of production equipment to support product transfersManage hourly paid Associates maintaining a high morale, engaged workforceThe **Bachelors degree in an Engineering or related subjectOver 5 years' experience in project design & management in a high volume manufacturing environmentCustomer focussed and able to react to multiple changing prioritiesGMP experience preferredThe base salary for the role is in the $90,000 to $110,000 range plus benefits including health/vision/dental, 401k match, life insurance & PTO.
