We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director with a strongbackground in the jewelry industry to drive growth and expand our market presence.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, leading initiatives to enhance sales and profitability and provide business analysis and reporting.Key **Strategic ** Implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with company goals and market trends.Market ***** Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the jewelry sector.Partnership ***** Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and designers.Sales ***** Oversee sales initiatives, set performance targets, and ensure objectives are met.Cross-Functional ***** Work closely with internal and external teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.***** Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build relationships.***** Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities, market trends, and competitive positioning.**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.Must have experience in the Wholesale Jewelry Industry, ideally knowledgeable in precious metals.Must be able to create pitch decks on new product offerings.Ability to develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities and increase sales performance and profitability.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the jewelry industry.Proven track record of successful partnership development and revenue growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work as part of a small team with external partners and stakeholdersWhat We **Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional developmentA dynamic and creative work environment
