Join us in shaping the future of radar sensing and global intelligence.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced RF Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF electronics systems including software-defined radios, RF front-end components, antennas and supporting digital and power avionics across drone, airborne, and satellite platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of RF / electrical engineering principles, hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout, and proficiency in Altium Designer.Key Responsibilities:System Specifications: Define system specifications and requirements, including calibration paths, and select appropriate components to meet performance objectives.RF Front-End Development: Design and develop wide-bandwidth, low-noise, and high-stability RF front-end components for diverse remote sensing satellite applications, ensuring durability and reliability.Performance Analysis: Conduct system link budget calculations, noise figure analysis, and S-parameter analysis to optimize system performance.Schematic and PCB Design: Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer, adhering to industry standards and best practices.Prototype Development: Interface RF front-end components with RF System-on-Chip (RFSoC) and Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) platforms. Oversee the fabrication and testing of prototypes, including performance evaluation in anechoic chambers.Payload Development: Develop digital and power avionics subsystems on payloads for drone and airborne test platforms, including design, schematic creation, layout, fabrication, and testing.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of post-graduate experience in RF / electrical hardware design, ideally with application to radar systemsTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of RF and microwave engineering principles.Experience with system link budget calculations and performance analyses.Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the defense or aerospace industry.Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) platforms.Knowledge of antenna design and testing.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to .
