The Assistant Nurse Manager I role plays a critical part in leading our nursing teams towards achieving their goals. With this position, you will utilize the nursing process to effectively assess patient needs, identify care plans, and implement and evaluate care given. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational foundation, with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing as a requirement. Additionally, we prefer candidates with at least five years of clinical experience, one year of charge nurse experience, and one year of experience in the area of specialization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective leadership abilities, and flexibility to work in a multi-tasking environment are also essential.
