Job ***** Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Manager***** Whitestown, Indiana, USACore **Inventory ** implement company inventory strategy, monitor inventory quality and accuracy, provide data feedback to support decision making;Problem ***** identify potential problems with inventory and warehouse systems, analyze root causes and develop improvement plans;Quality ***** Lead quality audits, document discrepancies and compliance issues, and work with finance, suppliers and other departments to ensure data accuracy;Process ***** Evaluate existing warehousing processes and resource allocation, and propose efficiency improvement plans;Team ***** Responsible for team training and capability enhancement to create a positive working atmosphere;Transportation ***** Regularly review the performance of carriers to optimize transportation safety and timeliness.Appointment *****More than 4 years warehouse ICQA management experience, familiar with the whole process of inventory;Bachelor degree or above (operation/supply chain management related majors preferred);Proficient in using Office software and Warehouse Management System (WMS);Strong sense of responsibility, adapt to flexible work schedule (including weekend/holiday emergency response).
