Position: Process Automation DeveloperExact ***** Ideally Hybrid in West Los Angeles 90045 but can be Remote PST** Loyola Marymount University 3 month contract - supporting a specific project, to finish in june 2025Pay *** $45-$70/HR, depends on experience levelInterview *****2 roundsFirst round phone interview w Supervisor - Business Process Automation Developer/Analyst2nd round interview with Supervisor and ManagerDAY TO DAYA distinguished University in Los Angeles is looking for a business Process Automation Developer to join the Business Process & Analytics Architecture team as a new position to support an influx of work and incident requests across campus. This person will be responsible for workflow automation and development using the TAP tool. This will be supporting the registrars office at LMU working to automate workflow processes for projects such as code review forms, veterans forms, etc.,They will report directly to a supervisor who is a Process Automation Developer/Analyst who focuses more on the analysis and design. This person will also be responsible for testing deployment and responding to incidents or tickets in ServiceNow to help fix any bugs or issues from end users such as financial aid office, registrar, and more departments that they support business process automation for. This role is ideally hybrid or on site in West Los Angeles on campus, but can be remote PST hours.Must Haves -3+ years of experience with a workflow automation tool (such as TAP, Pega, or Bonitasoft) with a strong understanding of the workflow process-Quick learner with the ability to apply previous knowledge to new situations-Agile methodology with 2-week sprint comfortability-Strong design and testing skills and ability to work independentlyPlusses-Advanced TAP or other workflow automation tool experience and proficiency-Proficiency or familiarity with ThinkSmart-Familiarity with ServiceNowWE ARE N0T LOOKING FOR A RPA (ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION) DEVELOPER.
