We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering discuss.Job Title: Controls Engineer Location: Alpharetta GADuration: 12 months Contract (Possible Extension)Pay rate: $55 -$63 an hour on W2Shift: 8am-5pm Job Description: Summary:The main function of a controls engineer is to design, develop, install, and maintain equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems and processes.Position's Contributions to Work Group:Be a part of engineering group to run multiple projects simultaneously.Continue develop high standards of engineering team culture.Learn from other engineers and teach skills you are mastering.Help application engineering team to complete clean order submittal and prepare for prepare for smooth transitioning to production stage.Develop final design, make and ship on time high quality of CAT product to the customer.Support customer and filed engineering team for shipped product during start up stage.Typical task breakdown:Develop production drawings.Put together Bill Of Materials (BOM).Issue production drawings and maintain records of all changes through production.Inspect Power Envelops (Switchgear bare bone structure) from supplier.Develop PLC program from templates (sometimes it requires major changes).Develop Shop Test document.Perform Engineering test (test Sequence of Operation) to make sure the project match the specs.Perform Customer Witness Test.Clean up project after CWT and prepare for shipping.Develop Field Start up test document.Develop Operation Manuals for customer use.Support Field Engineering team during start up stage.Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree of EE/EET or ME/MET.8-10 years in Automated Controls industry and Power SystemsWilling to take 2 year degree with 10+ years experienceWilling to take Master's with 6+ years of experienceNo internships will be countedTop 3 SkillsPLC programming (Schneider, Rockell A-B).Electrical Power Protection (Schweitzer, GE, ABB, Basler).Emergency Electrical Power System controls (Generators, Turbines, UPS, ATS).Additional Technical Skills (Required)Ability to read and develop electrical schematics drawings (AutoCAD)Technical communication, ability to write up technical documentation.Regards,Md NawabTechnical RecruiterNet2Source Inc.Global HQ Address - 7250 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 825 Plano, Texas 75024Office: (201) 340-8700 x Ext 322 | Cell: (309) 791-6015| Fax: (201) 221-8131| Email: nawab.md@
