Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/Angular)/ Architect Contract-to-Hire (converting FTE at 6 months)HYBRID-ONSITE 3 days in Atlanta, GA 30328 (perimeter area)Day-to-Day: 40-50% architecture work/ technical diagrams30% leadership- coaching offshore teams/ code review20% hands-on development (some Java/API work)Responsible for 6 offshore team members (mix of QA & Java Devs) - this person will perform code reviews/lead the direction of work on a D2D basis.Working on new, exciting projects that come up (i.e. migrating a platform and adding more security to it, implementing AI)Work with some technology debt, identify why APIs aren't scalable and come in add advice to fix and improve the technology.Work on API projects for our client's customers to enhance protection plansREQUIRED Skills/ Experience: Must have SW architecture experience.Must have background/ previous experience in hands-on Java development.Proficient developing APIs and microservices architectureFullstack knowledge/ experience - must understand and be able to visualize end-to-endBackend Java required. Angular for UI preferred but flex (open to React, Vue, etc.)AWS cloud environmentLead experience highly preferred - onshore or offshore teams.
