With services in tenant representation, capital markets, project management, workforce/incentives, and workplace strategy/occupant experience, we've boosted the potential of workplaces around the corner, and around the world, for 160 years and counting.Savills is seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to create welcoming and high-quality experience for our studio visitors, enhancing employee recruitment, retention and the overall Savills brand experience.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOffice EventsMaintain visitor log, warmly greet guests and facilitate Open Path access as needed.Coordinate studio events, including guest speakers, team lunches and cultural activities.Arrange catering and order meals for bi-weekly team meetings and other office events.Office MaintenanceEnsure the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, including snacks, beverages, and printer supplies.Oversee shipments, ensuring timely handling and distribution.Manage landlord service requests and overseeing building maintenance.Act as the primary contact for the Studio Residency Program, ensuring a seamless resident experience.Office CleanlinessLoad and unload the dishwasher to maintain a tidy workspace.Regularly clean surfaces, including tables, desks, conference rooms, glass walls, and countertops.Ensure coffee stations are stocked and well-maintained.Brokerage SupportPrepare tour books and correspondences for Boston brokers.Manage all Exact target email marketing campaigns.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Administrator or Branch Manager.QUALIFICATIONSIdeal candidate would be filling a "concierge" role and has qualities including the *****Hospitality MindsetAttention to detailPersonableOrganizedPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent experience2+ years of hospitality experience (hotel, restaurant, etc.)Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
