The qualified candidate should have at least 2 - 3 corporate administrative/operations experience. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30-minute lunch, 100% in office. If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.** Scheduling company meetings and conferences, including all details necessary for participants and planning meeting logisticsOnboard new hires and conduct new hire orientationAssist in interviewing applicantsKeep track of employee matters including days off, company holidays, updates and changes to employee handbookAssist with tech related tasks including equipment upgrades/replacements, keeping track of equipment assignments, and troubleshooting IT issuesRecord purchases and compare to monthly budgetFollow steps to resolve employee relations issues that may arise Required *****High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree a plusAt least 2 - 3 years of related experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented
