We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive results, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports as needed.Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.Provide technical support and troubleshoot technology-related issues for executives and team members.Handle expense reports, including reviewing, verifying, and reconciling expenses.Stay updated with the latest technological trends and tools to recommend improvements and implement innovative solutions.Ideal ExperienceBachelors degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as an executive admin or similar role.Strong proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools.Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies.#117787The Larko Group is a premier Staffing & Recruiting firm based in Chicago, with a nationwide reach, for Direct Hire, Temporary-to-Hire, and Temporary/Project jobs.
