Exciting Direct Hire Opportunity!Our Client in the Greater Houston area has an immediate need for a HSE Admin. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the corporate drug and alcohol program to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for candidates during the pre-employment and drug testing process.Coordinate and oversee pre-employment testing including ordering and managing drug tests for multiple entities.Track, monitor, and document each stage of the testing process ensuring timely completion.Assist with re-orders, collection site changes, and follow-ups with testing laboratories regarding status, delays, and medical reviews.Communicate daily testing updates and results to HR.Maintain compliance with drug and alcohol testing programs by managing the company pool including assigning and removing employees in third-party databases.Conduct and document DOT history checks ensuring proper record-keeping.Facilitate and manage quarterly random drug testing programs.Assist with inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety-related supplies.Oversee the assignment, distribution, and retrieval of company telematics devices.Provide support and guidance to employees regarding training requests (internal LMS and 3rd Parties). Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.Offer administrative support to the corporate HSE team across multiple office locations and field sites.Provide administrative support to the corporate HSE team, including document management and reporting.Perform additional administrative duties and assignments as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Prior HSE experience preferred. Compliance management of corporate drug and alcohol program experience preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.Must have a professional customer service attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledFor more information or immediate consideration, please email resume directly to aedgar@.
