Our client, a small but growing benefits broker in the Baltimore area, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our benefits and insurance solutions.A customer account manager is a company representative who manages relationships with customers who have already done business with the company.
