About the **We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales at our Rice Village location. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from customer service and sales to team management and visual merchandising. Send interest to blast@.Opening New *** Help move, build out new store, training and hiring of teamSales & Customer ** Drive sales performance by exceeding store targets. Cultivate a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.Team * Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team. Delegate tasks effectively, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Store * Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, store cleanliness and organization, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Must work minimum 2 weekends a month and no vacation March-April, June, October-December.Visual * Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and promote products effectively. Ensure that displays are attractive, well-maintained, and reflect current promotions.Inventory * Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize shrinkage. Work with the buying team to ensure optimal product assortment.Marketing & * Support marketing initiatives and promotions, including in-store events and local partnerships.Reporting & * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales, customer traffic, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.Loss * Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and protect company assets.****Proven experience as a leader or in a similar leadership role.Strong sales and customer service skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
