Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturers representative and distributor with a focus on developing specialized and custom fluid handling and heat transfer engineered solutions for heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial processes and systems.Position **We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including order entry, submittals, equipment procurement, project management support, and collaboration with outside sales teams. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills to contribute to their continued success.Order Entry and **Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.Liaise with various departments to facilitate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.*Prepare and submit documentation, including proposals, quotes, and specifications, to meet customer requirements.Equipment *Manage the ordering process for equipment and materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.Customer *Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or issues.Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.Collaboration with Outside *Work closely with outside sales representatives to support their efforts, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and order coordination.****Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with project management concepts.Proficient in order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.High school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
