Job Title: Due Diligence ManagerSalary: 90,000 + BenefitsPosition Summary:The Client Due Diligence Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the quality control team, ensuring the effective execution of due diligence processes. This role directly oversees the Quality Team Lead and Quality Control Specialists, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities. The Manager plays a critical role in aligning team initiatives with organizational strategy, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Culture:Directly manage the Quality Team Lead and Quality Control Specialists.Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and oversee hiring, compensation planning, and disciplinary actions.Foster clear communication within the team and across departments and partners (VAR).Promote a cohesive team perspective, ensuring collaboration and shared objectives.Team Development:Develop and maintain training playbooks and client-facing talk tracks.Provide coaching and development opportunities through role-playing exercises and feedback sessions.Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and quarterly check-ins to assess team progress and individual development.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Client Onboarding teams.Collaborate with the Director of Client Onboarding to align processes with company policies and banking partner requirements.Work closely with internal teams and clients to proactively identify and solve onboarding challenges.Support management in process improvement initiatives as directed by the Director of Client Onboarding.Change Management and Continuous Improvement:Effectively manage changes in project scope and assess the impact on the team and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices, and contribute to evolving project management methodologies.Maintain oversight of project milestones and ensure deliverables align with company standards.Due Diligence and Quality Control:Continuously review and refine processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.Determine and maintain team capacity and performance metrics.Regularly assess GuideCX templates for optimization opportunities to improve client and partner experiences.Ensure compliance with SOC controls and industry best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.Proven expertise in client due diligence, financial risk assessment, or fraud detection.Certifications in quality management or fraud detection are a plus.Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, industry compliance standards, and HCM domain experience.Familiarity with SaaS and HCM compliance standards, regulations, and financial vetting practices.Proficiency with relevant software and systems.Strong client-centric focus with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work necessary hours to meet position demands.This role is a key driver of quality control excellence, ensuring that processes align with company strategy and regulatory requirements while fostering a high-performing team environment.
