We deliver strategic outcomes through our change and project management services across the workplace, hotels & leisure and retail sectors.About the Role:As a Business Coordinator at Athena Blue Global, youll be instrumental in supporting our Executives and Group Business Manager with a variety of operational, administrative, and project-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating our systems and CRM, assisting with global event and travel coordination, providing executive support to the Head of Namer and Managing Director, creating and formatting documents and presentations, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks. Additionally, youll assist in the setup of global projects across all systems and provide project administration support to the Head of Namer and project team.Key Responsibilities:Manage CRM tools (Pipedrive, SharePoint, Asana, Miro and Harvest)Support Group Business Manager with organising and coordinating travel arrangements for global staffProvide executive support to the Head of NAMER (North America) and Managing DirectorAssist the Group Business Manager with adhoc administrative tasksSupport the Group Business Manager with event coordination including researching for networking events globallyProvide People & Culture administrative support to the Group Business ManagerSupport the global project set up processProvide project administration and support to the Head of Namer and Project teamAbility to join calls from time-to-time outside of Pacific business hoursAbout You:Strong organisational and time management skills.Collaborative approach, working with various departments to achieve goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and follow processes.Maintains confidentiality when necessary.Have a calm, pleasant, confident, and helpful manner.Be an adaptable team player with a positive attitude.Highly organized with effective time management skills.Resilient with a "can-do" mindset.
