This candidate needs to have run a 360 integrated level account for a major restaurant chain or group. Restaurant experience is a MUST!Develop and execute integrated, 360 marketing campaigns across various channels.Lead and develop team to ensure high-quality campaign.Troubleshoot issues to maintain project and client satisfaction.Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to the accounts team.Develop, and recognize team members to drive performance and accountability.Collaborate with peers to optimize, innovate, and develop talent.Oversee all accounts, managing client expectations.Review and approve pitches, strategy, budgets, timelines.Manage client contracts, provide performance insights, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and implement account acquisition to drive growth.Network to acquire new business and grow relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, vendors.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar10+ years of agency marketing experience in account management requiredMUST have experience with food & beverage, hospitality, AND restaurant clients to be considered!Ability to develop 360, integrated marketing campaignsExperience managing account teamsEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independentlyLeadership skills and ability to foster a supportive team environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management softwareIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.Please ** Contact from Cutch employees will always come from the domain @ ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
