Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Newport Beach, CAExperience: DSA Experience, Revit Experience RequiredJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience in managing construction projects, particularly in educational and public sector projects under the Division of the State Architect (DSA) guidelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Revit for design and construction documentation. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage DSA-compliant projects from design through construction, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success.Oversee the creation and modification of Revit models for design and documentation purposes.Review project documents to ensure compliance with DSA guidelines, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve project-related issues, ensuring timely solutions.Manage project resources, ensuring the correct materials, equipment, and manpower are available when required.Maintain communication with DSA authorities, submitting necessary documents and responding to requests for information.Ensure quality control measures are adhered to during all phases of the project.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the architecture industry, with a focus on DSA projects.Proficiency in Revit for creating and managing design documents.Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and processes for educational and public sector buildings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and organization.Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.) preferred.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
