Senior Construction Project Manager

Position Overview:As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of $20M+ construction projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed successfully, meeting all timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from multifamily builds to complex industrial and data center developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance throughout the lifecycle.Oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Conduct regular project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control guidelines.Foster strong client relationships and provide outstanding customer service throughout the duration of each project.Mentor and manage junior project managers and staff, providing leadership and guidance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with specific experience in projects over $20M in scopeStrong knowledge of local construction requirements, regulations, and safety standards.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver them successfully.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to work locally in the St. Louis market.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary between $140,000 - $165,000Performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Opportunities for professional development and career growth
