Job descriptionFire Alarm Project ManagerDirect Hire / Full timeLocation: Tukwila, WAThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing fire alarm installation projects in commercial, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities, positively representing the company in all client and architect/engineer interactionsEssential Functions:Proficient in reading and interpreting fire protection, fire alarm, and system drawings.Establish and maintain communication with customers and contractors regarding work schedules, progress updates, change orders, etc.Collaborate closely with sales and design teams on project specifications, staffing requirements, and change orders.Manage project purchase orders, change orders, weekly meeting minutes, and monthly cost-to-complete meetings.Demonstrate leadership skills, including effective communication, addressing personnel issues, and making fair decisions related to project demands, customer service, and employee assignments.Execute tasks efficiently and in an organized manner while maintaining meticulous record-keeping.Provide professional communication and exceptional customer service to clients.Oversee multiple projects and recommend adjustments in response to changing conditions to meet contract deadlines.Manage project budgets, identify budget changes throughout the project lifecycle, submit change orders, make WIP adjustments, and review billing to ensure financial health.Proficient with Microsoft Office and various project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Procore, Smartsheet).5 years of experience in fire protection, construction management, or a related fieldJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00-$105,000 per year plus benefits packageThe compensation Package will also include:$800 month car allowanceunlimited gas card Yearly bonus base on performance
