In this role of Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading with a spirit of accountability, positivity, and engagement. Role Responsibilities include but are not limited *****Provide an exceptional in-store experience through genuine, authentic Client Relationship DevelopmentMeet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual store sales and profit goals while maintaining expenses.Lead team towards very high levels of accountability and responsibility for results.Recruit and hire flexible and available Sales Consultants who represent the NIC+ZOE brand.Be the champion of training, coaching and development to deliver strong selling skills to Sales Consultants and Stylists and coach Sales Consultants to ensure strong selling skills and Client relationship development.Motivate staff to meet store goals and comply with company policies and procedures.Analyze and react to business trends regarding assortment; communicating sell through, stock levels, customer feedback and opportunities to increase sales to corporate office.Ensure merchandising concepts are set up and standards maintained.Perform and supervise store opening/closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening, and closing registers, and securing facility.Conduct daily store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent metrics expectations. Maintain payroll budget and weekly hours to ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by reviewing store schedule and adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the business.Perform inventory responsibilities including the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving to maintain operational integrity.Skills and ExperienceResults oriented and metrics driven.Dedication to coaching and providing feedback.Passion for selling.Superb interpersonal skills.Clear communication, both written and verbal.Strong leadership skills including the ability to communicate internally at all levels within the organization and externally with clientele.Powerful ability to inspire and motivate a close-knit team.Highly strategic mindset, must have the ability to read and analyze selling reports, identify sales trends, and react to the needs of the business.Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict in a team environment.Proficient in PC based software including Outlook, Excel, and WordEducation and BackgroundHigh school degree required.Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a premium branded fashion + apparel brick + mortar retail store.Must be available to work store schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
