Job Summary- Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Reliability Engineer to join the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) Operations and Maintenance Team. This role is critical in driving proactive reliability solutions, implementing data-driven methodologies, and supporting long-term asset reliability.Required Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience - Reliability Engineer II3+ years of relevant engineering experience.General knowledge of predictive maintenance tools (e.g., vibrational analysis, IR thermography, and oil analysis). General knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles, concepts, and fundamentals.Competency in applying engineering principles, fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures requiring some evaluation, originality, and/or ingenuity to achieve project objectives.Ability to perform engineering calculations using applicable software programs (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matlab, Excel, etc.).Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, etc.)Equally effective working independently or in a team environment.Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasksAbility to climb to heights up to 250 feet or greater and work in confined spacesMust meet body weight restrictions of 265 lbs. or less as required by the safety regulations.Must pass a physical administered by a medical practitioner to ensure ability to safety perform the job functions and meet the physical demands of the position.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience - Reliability Engineer III5+ years of relevant engineering experience.Full knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles, concepts, and fundamentals.Full knowledge of predictive maintenance tools (e.g., vibrational analysis, IR thermography, and oil analysis). Full knowledge of engineering theories and principles.Strong leadership skills with proven ability to serve as team project lead.Strong oral and written communication skills (includes technical writing).Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, etc.)Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.Ability to interpret codes, regulations, and practices.Equally effective working independently or in team environment.Proven decision-making skills.Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks.Strong planning, organizational and project management skills. Ability to climb to heights up to 250 feet or greater and work in confined spacesMust meet body weight restrictions of 265 lbs. or less as required by safety regulations.Must pass a physical administered by a medical practitioner to ensure ability to safety perform the job functions and meet the physical demands of the position.An Engineering PhD can be substituted for up to 5 years experience based on research engineering work on directly related projects approved by executive leadership.
