You'll lead a high-performing team, manage scheduling, oversee financial performance, and foster strong client relationships.What Youll DoOversee and manage commissioning processes for large-scale data centersLead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring top performanceDrive business development, expand client relationships, and promote servicesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical specificationsProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solvingTravel to project sites as neededWhat You BringEngineering or Construction Management Degree (HVACR, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)7+ years in the commissioning industry (Cx), or equivalent experience in maintenance, construction, or engineering controlsStrong knowledge of building systems, construction drawings, and commissioning softwareProven leadership in managing teams, projects, and client relationshipsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor environments) and lift at least 30 lbsTech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Cx SoftwareBonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)P.E., CCP, CxA, CEM certificationsOSHA 30 or workplace safety certificationsExperience with trade associationsReady to Make an Impact?If youre a dynamic leader looking to grow your career in data center commissioning, we'd love to connect.
