Technical Sales Manager - EV Charging - Dallas, Texas - $110k to $140k + BonusOne of our key clients, is looking to increase the development and expansion of transport solutions through the EV charging network across the US and they are looking for a Technical Sales Managerto lead the sales initiative in Dallas.As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by developing client relationships, executing strategic sales plans and collaborating with engineering and product development teams. You will leverage your deep understanding of EV charging infrastructure to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.***** Technical Sales Manager***** Dallas, Texas***** EV ChargingWorking ***** 2/3 Days on Site Per Week***** $110k to $140k + BonusKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technical sales strategies - Identify and evaluate based on the clients' specific needs.Act as technical advisor- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, work closely with internal teams and provide in-depth explanations of the products and services.Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure product compliance when advising clients.Prepare and present detailed technical proposals - specification, pricing, and timelines.Negotiate and close key deals to drive revenue growth.Key Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in technical sales, renewable energy, EV charging or engineering.Proven experience in technical sales management roles, achieving and exceeding sales targets.In-depth technical knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, power distribution and network integration.Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.Able to commute to our office in Southlake, Texas and willing to travel as needed for meetings and site visits.DesirableBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).Experience in managing key accounts, including CPOs, fleet operators and enterprise clientsFamiliarity with OCPP protocols and backend management systems (CSMS)If this role is of interest, please apply on LinkedIn or email
