We specialize in surface-related projects and are committed to delivering and expert approach that is sure to make your next project a success.Role DescriptionLimitless Land Services, LLC is seeking Acquisition Agents for on site and hybrid roles located in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. The project is long term, for an established client and is currently active. The agent will be responsible for identifying potential landowners, developing relationships, and negotiating lease, purchase and right of way agreements for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and expertise in navigating local and state regulations. Must be organized, able to stay on task and able to think outside the box. Some travel is required as the agent will also conduct onsite visits and work closely with landowners to negotiate agreements and facilitate payment. Background check and qualified references who are able to provide past project success are required.Qualifications2+ years of experience in acquisition roles, preferably in renewable energy, oil and gas midstream or real estate industriesStrong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbalKnowledge about local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to solar and wind energy projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, to multitask, and to problem-solveAble and willing to travel to remote areasKnowledge of GIS and mapping is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
