Position Summary:The Director, Sales & Account Management - FGA works closely with FGA local leadership to proactively and independently achieve new business objectives and maintain and expand Client relationships with cross-border US and international insurers, brokers, intermediaries, corporations, insured groups and US and international organizations. What We Offer:Competitive salary with a bonus structure• Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) • 401(k) with company match • Training and Career Development • Paid Time-Off Essential Functions:There are two key focus areas: Business Development and Account Management Typical activities will include but are not limited to: New Business Development: To develop new business opportunities and to meet the new Business Targets as outlined in the individual annual plan. Responsibilities include: Lead Generation, identify new prospects to develop relationships and further business opportunities in your given sector. Research and build relationships with potential new clients, identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, set up and host meetings/events, and or networking opportunities. Work with potential new leads/prospects to develop and cultivate relationships, using internal expertise and Falck Global Assistance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to attend meetings as required. Plan and prepare proposals and pitches, adapted to client requirements to ensure their objectives are met. Ensure that pricing and commercial negotiations sit fairly with existing business and internal requirements. Shepherd client implementations, ensuring balanced expectations and consistent delivery Prepare Tender responses to opportunities along with support from Sales Support colleagues. Other KPIs of the role will include developing an excellent product knowledge, performing Sales Administration duties, and collaborating with the wider Falck Global Assistance team. Account Development: To meet the budgeted Sales Plan for the account portfolio managed and to develop new business opportunities within those accounts. Responsibilities include all of the same criteria as for the New Business Development above and in addition: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): To maintain and nurture excellent relationships with multiple accounts' stakeholders. To prepare for and host regular client meetings including QBRs for larger accounts. To represent and manage client relationships within FGA's internal teams. Upsell and Cross-Sell within key accounts: To prepare proposals and pitches etc. for new opportunities within the existing accounts. To create opportunities to sell the wider Falck group range of service as appropriate. Industry Engagement Focus - Marketing/ Networking / Promotion: Network; industry-related events, seminars, conferences, forums, and groups. Market awareness; remain ahead of the market and competitors service capabilities in order to predict future requirements, business needs, and areas for internal research and development opportunities. Social Media; Support and promote the Falck Global Assistance social media activity seeking opportunities to promote the capabilities of Falck Global Assistance International and the wider Group. Commercially aware with proven success in winning new business in the cross border insurance and travel sector and knowledge of the TRM and assistance marketplace. Detailed awareness of service processes and client interactions with a view towards continuous improvements in effectiveness, efficiency and customer experience. Keen sense for how business agreements translate into contracts and profitability. The ability to work well independently while documenting communications and activities and keeping colleagues and management updated on progress. Experience of working within a growing and developing business. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and MS Teams Education Requirements: The individual in this position ideally present the following education requirements: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree International Business including Study Abroad or a related field Travel and Location Requirements:Expected to travel in the US and abroad as needed up to and sometimes above 60%.
