This role will focus on expanding our physician user base, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for providers on our platform.ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach to physicians via phone, text, and email to drive platform adoptionMaintain ongoing relationships with providers, ensuring engagement and satisfactionStrategize and execute user acquisition initiativesProvide customer support, addressing any provider inquiries related to MoonlightMonitor and manage support tickets submitted through the websiteUtilize MSO suite daily to manage workflow and communicationWork in-office five days a week to collaborate with the teamBrainstorm and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance platform visibilityQualificationsExperience in business development, sales, or provider relations, ideally in healthcare or techStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with physiciansProactive and results-driven approach to user acquisitionFamiliarity with MSO suite and ability to manage multiple communication channelsAbility to strategize and execute marketing and outreach campaignsJob ***** Full-time***** $40,000.00 + Sales Commission**Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance2 weeks paid time-off8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to ***Jupiter, FL 33458 (Required)
